Support for Biological Parents

Recovering Mothers Anonymous (RMA) is a fellowship of women who share their experience, strength, and hope with one another — finding community, healing, and support together. Weekly virtual groups are open to all.

Founded by Kathy Mitchell — who created the Circle of Hope birth mother mentorship program in 2004 and Recovering Mothers Anonymous in 2020 — RMA partners with medical facilities across the U.S. to provide training and support.
